If you are not satisfied with any our product you can return it within 15 days of receipt in Original Condition. For Refund, Shipping and handling charges will be deducted, balance money will be refunded. Shipping charges for returning back the product will be paid by you.

PS: Additional 20% of the restocking fee will be deducted in case of refunds on Exclusive Healing Products and all Made To Order Products.

Sometimes, the shades and colors produced in certain lights may not show up in actual ones. We get most shots in natural daylight, or with a single indoor lamp. Therefore, the item you receive will be exactly the item photographed. You must ask for more photographs and details if interested in any item or have doubts about it. We will do our best to give description in detail and photographs, and let you decide.
